Our policy towards ensuring 100% accurate translations consists of two primary aspects: selecting the right translation team, and continuous follow-up of our work. 

When you choose our team of translators, you get a deep pool of expert linguists. We employ hundreds of Hungarian and foreign translators. Each of our translators is a native speaker of every language they translate – and are permanent residents of the country in which the target language is spoken.

In addition, we require our translators to hold specialized translator diplomas, and have at least 10 years of experience in the field of translation. If you’re in need of specialty translation services – such as legal, medical, or automotive/transportation translation – we will pair you with a translator who has previous experience in that industry.

Supported by comprehensive, proprietary glossaries crafted using advanced CAT tools, our linguistic team provides you with the very best translations.

The second aspect of our dedication to quality involves continuous follow-up. Throughout the translation process, our team of editors, proofreaders, and QA analysts will ensure that your document is continually evaluated for accuracy, readability, and style – and is free from errors.

Our three-step quality control process involves a self-review by your translator, a secondary review by an editor, and a third phase where proofreading and QA steps are performed. Only after this process is completed will we deliver your document.

And, if you have further suggestions about your translation, we’ll take them into account, and adjust your final document accordingly.

Our Team Of Translators

At E-WORD Translations, we have a team of hundreds of native translators and linguists from Hungary, elsewhere in Central Europe, and around the globe! We can translate any language. From simpler languages such as French and Italian to more complex Asian languages such as Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Thai, or Vietnamese. We also translate Arabic, Farsi, and other Middle-Eastern languages.

Our team of native speakers can handle any language – and if we don’t have a native speaker for your project, we’ll hire one for you! We understand that you need a human touch for the best translations. Machine-based translations simply don’t do the job – especially for critical presentations, documents, and legal contracts.

All of our translators are completely top-notch, and either degreed translators, or have over 10 years of translation experience. Only 10-15% of all applicants to E-WORD Translations are accepted to our team – and we take pride in hiring only the most talented, reliable, and effective translators.

Our Quality Assurance Methodology

For nearly 20 years, we’ve honed our quality-assurance process. A well-established workflow and QA process is absolutely critical for any language services company – and we’re proud of the proprietary techniques and methods that we’ve developed to serve our clients more effectively.

• Initial Analysis – Before we even begin translation, a source language specialist will check your source document for style, complexity, content, area of specialization, and other details. This allows us to quickly assess which domains or specializations are involved, and the most important aspects of your text. Then, we choose a translation team that’s qualified to translate your document.
• Translation – Your document will be translated by a lead translator with at least 10 years of experience, or a who is a bilingual expert with a university-level degree in translation. Your team will also be knowledgeable in the subject matter relevant to your text.
• Editing And Proofreading – After initial translation, your team will double-check their initial translation for accuracy. Then, it is sent to editing, where an experienced translator/editor will analyze it for relevance, content quality, grammatical errors, typos, and more. After editing, your document will be sent to a proofreader. This proofreader will conduct a final review of the translated document, and ensure that it’s error-free.
• Quality Assurance – Quality assurance is the final step in our translation process. Using advanced QA tools to check for style inconsistencies, errors, inaccurate terminology, and more, a QA analyst will assess your translated text, and eliminate any mistakes or errors that may have been overlooked in previous steps.
• In-Country Client Review – This optional step allows clients to check final translations, and make changes that we will implement immediately – both within the document itself, and in our glossaries and terminology databases.

While expert translators and proofreaders can easily spot and correct translation issues on their own, QA tools such as Xbench and QA Distiller further empower them to deliver exceptional work – while minimizing time spent on repeated QA analyses.

The tools that we use in our QA process allow us to check for issues that may be difficult to detect without computer assistance. These include:

• Inconsistencies in spelling
• Numeric mismatches
• Double blanks (spaces)
• Repeated words
• Key term/tag mismatches
